New York - Concerned relatives have been canvassing New York City hospitals for a Brooklyn man who disappeared the evening of Oct. 31 after leaving his Flatbush apartment.
30 year old Joshua Rubin was leaving his Lawrence Avenue apartment, located between McDonald Avenue and Seton Place, when he vanished. Rubin, a diabetic, left his insulin backpack at home and it is unknown if he was carrying any medications at the time of his departure.
